AJ600 is ANCEL's latest 6-cylinder fuel injector cleaning machine, which can check the injection performance of the engine's fuel injector, which can restore the engine's efficiency, extend its service life and improve your driving experience.
It can check whether the injection status of 6 cylinders is normal at the same time, if your car is a 4-cylinder engine, just use the plug to close the extra two cylinders to work normally (vehicles with other cylinders are also applicable)
It supports resistance test, uniformity/spray test, leakage test, injection flow test, automatic test, car wash, low resistance injector test and other functions, multi-element setting, version information. Allows you to do extensive test work and greatly improves the user experience.
AJ600 Function Explanation
1. Fully supported
This equipment supports the testing of various injectors, including Bosch, Denso, Delphi, etc. Support long injector detection, such as Mercedes-Benz and BMW.
2. Resistance Test
Support the resistance measurement of the fuel injector to know the performance status of the fuel injector.
3. Quick Disassembly
The special structure design makes the disassembly and assembly of the fuel separator more efficient and quicker.
4. Portable Small and Lightweight
The device is very small and light and easy to move. It is currently the most miniature full-function test equipment for injectors.
5. Strong Cleaning
The machine has a robust ultrasonic cleaning ability, which can remove carbon deposits and impurities on the fuel injection nozzle to the greatest extent.
6. 6-Cylinders Ultrasonic Cleaning
It sends an ultrasonic vibration signal to the injector nozzle through the pulse signal line, which makes the stubborn carbon deposit jitter strongly and removes it more thoroughly.
Deep Ultrasonic Cleaning
Its working principle is to use the shock wave generated by ultrasonicpropagation to forcefully clean objects to eliminate Carbon fuel injector.
The cleanser added into the ultrasonic cleaner just soaked the injectors’ needle is suitable.
Before the ultrasonic cleanser is added to the ultrasonic cleaner fluid, do not turn on the ultrasonic cleaner. Otherwise, damage may be incurred.
Strictly prohibit putting the pulse signal cable or its connecter into the cleanser, otherwise, damage will be incurred.
The continued work time of the ultrasonic cleaner won’t be more than 30min, otherwise, it will shorten its life.
If not in use, please put out the power plug.
