1 Connect the BA101 to a Windows PC (Mac unsupported) via the USB cable included in the package.

2 Visit [ANCEL’s Support Page](https://www.ANCEL.com/support) and search “BA101 Firmware Update.”Download and install the Utility Program(compatible with Windows 7/8/10).

3 Launch the program and select “Check for Updates.”If a new version is available, click “Download & Install.”Wait for the process to complete (5-10 minutes).  Do not disconnect the device during this time.

4 After restarting, navigate to “Settings” > “About” on the BA101 to confirm the new firmware version.
