Order Processing Time

After placing your order, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Timeframe refers to the total time from when you place your order to when it arrives at your destination. It consists of:
Processing Time – The time required to prepare your items before they are shipped from our warehouse, including quality inspection, sorting, packing, and labeling. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
Shipping Time – The time from when your order leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at the destination.

Shipping Timeframes

Your order may be shipped from one of our warehouses located in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, or Hong Kong.

1. United States Warehouse – Available for orders shipped within the continental U.S. only. Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days.
2. European Union Warehouse – Available for orders shipped to EU countries only. Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days.
3. United Kingdom Warehouse – Available for orders shipped within the UK only. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.
4. Australia Warehouse – Available for orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand only. Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days.
5. Hong Kong Warehouse – For destinations not covered above or when an item is out of stock in other warehouses, orders will be shipped from Hong Kong via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar couriers. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

Note: The specific arrival time depends on the selected shipping method (such as expedited shipping) and the courier efficiency. For product repairs, replacements, or returns due to defects, please contact our customer service team for the designated return address.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available only within the continental United States. This excludes outlying islands, Alaska, and other countries or regions. Some products may also qualify for free shipping in certain EU countries, Australia, and the UK—please refer to the checkout page for accurate pricing.

Customs Duties & Taxes

If your order is shipped from a country/region different from your delivery address, import duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees may be applied by the customs authority of your destination country/region.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

Currency & Exchange Fees

If your credit card account is denominated in a currency other than USD, you may incur a currency conversion fee or foreign transaction fee. These fees depend on your bank’s pricing and policies.
Our store prices are displayed in USD, and all transactions are processed in USD at checkout via PayPal or credit card.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status of your package. You can also enter the "Track Your Order" page to check the order status.
