1. Before You Purchase

Please ensure your device is still within the valid free update period before purchasing a replacement VCI. If the update service has expired, please renew it before placing an order. Please also watch the video below for renewal guidance.

2. Serial Number Requirement

Replacement tablets or VCIs must match your original device serial number. Please enter a valid serial number in the field below the purchase button. Orders without a valid serial number cannot be processed.

3. Device Binding

Once the new serial number is activated, it will replace the original serial number, and the original VCI or tablet will no longer be usable.

4. Product Policy

All tablets and VCIs on this page are customized products and are strictly bound to the provided serial number. Once activated, they cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

5. Shipping & Support
