I purchase the MT700 have had problems with this from day 1 won’t communicate with various models listed.

Tried several times with Ancel to get my message across, kept hitting bick wall after brick wall. Kept falling on deaf ears.

Penn at the service desk seamed to not understand that the scanner is not working and not communicating with any motorcycle, kept trying to tell me how to use a scanner. Well it don’t work and I have been a mechanic for 42 years, more than likely longer than they have been selling scanners. They did not even have computer controlled vehicles when I entered the work force.

I would no recommend there product.
