      ANCEL X7HD supports 2-year free update. don't worry,you don't need to pay for the software first time .and can use it freely for 2 years,if you need to update ,then need pay for the update.but if you don't update it ,it can used normally.

    • What are the differences between the U.S. EU and UK versions?

      Just desgined for different countries.if you are in the USA,you need to buy the US version,and you can't use the EU version and UK version in the USA.The same reason, if a person is in the UK, he cannot use the other two versions, because products of other versions  may be restricted by local conditions

    One fancy scanner that does it ALL!

    I have only tested this scanner on a John Deer 410K backhoe.
    It was easy to hook up to the machine, fairly easy to navigate the tablet.
    The machine had error codes for emission issues, read the codes fine and was able to force a regen on the machine.

    Will it work on a 2005 Ford F650 with cummins?

    The X7HD support OBD diagnostics on your 2005 Ford F650. Some special features, such as DPF, are not supported.

    Does everything as advertised

    Only thing I did not like it did not have DPF functions for the max force 2013 motors wont allow force regen. But Im sure this can be addressed in future software updates.

    Will Not connect to Paccar MX13 which is primary reason for purchase
    Very difficult to get support .
    Used many scanners in the past so very comfortable doing so, this tool does not work.
